10 tips on skin care
1. Drink plenty of water
The body consists of 50-75 percent water.
The skin becomes fresh and healthy when it is moisturized.
2. Prioritize good sleep routines
Sleep is something that does not always receive the same amount of attention and priority from many people.
Did you know that sleep affects skin elasticity and skin aging?
The last three hours of our sleep are the much-discussed REM sleep – where the body goes into hibernation mode and causes the muscles to relax completely. It is during these three hours that the skin is repaired.
3. Use skin care products tailored to your skin type
It is incredibly important to use products that are suited to your own skin type.
If you use skin products incorrectly, your body will eventually let you know. Either by becoming dry, oily, clogged pores or blemishes.

4. Exfoliate your skin
Exfoliation stimulates cell renewal, removing dead skin cells and leaving your skin softer and smoother. Regular use of a scrub stimulates blood circulation in the epidermis and removes blackheads and dead skin cells.
5. Use sunscreen and avoid excessive sun exposure
The sun's UVA and UVB rays can cause sunburn, sun rash, increased skin aging, and cancer. Applying plenty of sunscreen and avoiding the sun when it is at its strongest can protect against UV rays.
6. Watch your sugar intake and focus on your diet
When it comes to what we put in our mouths, it can have just as much of an impact as the products or treatments we use to achieve the desired results.
Some people eat a lot of fast carbohydrates and sugar.
Sugar contributes to the release of the hormone testosterone and increases its effect on the sebaceous glands, which is the main cause of acne and oily skin.

7. Cleanse your skin both morning and evening
At night, the body excretes waste products that are good to remove before applying products in the morning. In the evening, it is good to cleanse away free radicals and makeup so that evening products can penetrate better.
8. Exercise and physical activity
Exercise increases blood circulation and thus the supply of nutrients to the skin, which helps collagen production.
9. De-stress
For some people, stress leads to dry or grayish skin, while for others it causes acne and breakouts or other skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea.
So calm down, remember to take a breather now and then.
10. Use lighter makeup on your skin and wash your makeup brushes regularly.
Using skin makeup that clogs the pores in the skin can cause bacteria to enter the skin barrier. It is also important to wash and replace makeup brushes, as over time bacteria and old makeup residue can mix into the makeup you use every day.
