How is breast reduction performed?

If you have a job that involves physical activity and heavy lifting, you should plan on taking two weeks off. Cosmetic surgery does not qualify for sick leave, so it may be a good idea to plan ahead to ensure you get as much rest as possible after the operation. Many people also plan this around their vacation time to find a solution that works for them.

When can I start exercising again after surgery?

You should rest for the first two weeks and avoid heavy lifting. After 4-6 weeks, you can start exercising gently.

Can complications arise?

Infection

Infection is a very rare complication.
