Common questions and answers
At our clinic, consultations with a nurse are always free, and this also applies to subsequent check-ups. A nurse consultation can be booked online, by phone, or email.
A consultation with a plastic surgeon costs 500 NOK. These consultations cannot be booked online, but by email or phone. Check-ups are free.
In Norway, it is illegal to market cosmetic/surgical procedures. We are simply not allowed to display before-and-after photos on our website or social media. This means that images showing a person before and after, for example, liposuction, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, or facelift, cannot be used in any form of marketing.
However, we do have excellent before-and-after photos available at the clinic. These can be viewed during a consultation with the surgeon, serving as a guide to show the expected surgical results. This is considered appropriate information in accordance with Section 10 of the Health Personnel Act.
According to the Regulations on Marketing of Cosmetic Procedures from 01.07.05, it is not permitted to use financing offers in the marketing of aesthetic surgery. For some, providing information about financing options on websites could be perceived as marketing, and we have therefore omitted such information from our homepages.
However, it is not prohibited to assist a patient with a loan or credit, and most clinics offer financing to patients who inquire directly about a desired surgery or cosmetic treatment. Please feel free to contact us HERE if you have any questions regarding financing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not show up, you will be charged 75% of the amount. This applies to cosmetic treatments.
Surgical procedures can be cancelled up to one week before the scheduled time. If you become ill or similar, we will assist in moving the date to a later time.
If you cancel later than one week prior, 20% of the paid amount will be retained to cover our incurred expenses.

Packages and gift cards can be delivered to your mailbox by post, by courier, or picked up at our clinic during opening hours.
All packages, including gift cards, are delivered in beautiful boxes with a personalized, handwritten message if desired.
